Peneliti mengumpulkan data dari 162 konselor sekolah di Kota Banjarmasin baik yang bekerja pada jenjang sekolah menengah pertama, maupun sekolah menengah atas/kejuruan dengan menggunakan skala kompetensi profesional (α= 0,805) dan multikultural (α= 0,889) berjumlah 45-butir. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi professional dengan multikultural konselor sekolah di Kota Banjarmasin (r = 0.516; p&lt;0.01). Selain itu ditemukan bahwa 3 aspek dalam kompetensi profesional juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan 2 buah aspek yang menjadi domain pada kompetensi multikultural konselor sekolah. Peserta didik cenderung belum memahami perilaku bullying, sehingga banyak anak-anak yang beranggapan hal tersebut wajar dilakukan. This integration aims to have concepts related so that the meaningfulness of learning can be achieved. This study is an experimental study with a nonequivalent control group design with a research focus on social studies subject material in junior high school 8<sup>th</sup> grade. The results of the analysis of the test analysis show that the application of the ROAR learning model has a consistent impact on students' conceptual understanding abilities. On the other hand, bullying impacts on physical and mental health risks. Especially in line with the development of communication systems, interaction and communication on digital platforms increasingly out of control. The research aims to examine the effectiveness of videography related to bullying material to increase </em><em>the </em><em>understanding of bullying. Methods: Data from participants (N = 4) involved in the study were processed qualitatively, including differences in the understanding of participants when before and after the provision of material through videography. Results: Qualitatively, there was an increase in understanding of bullying by using videography. Discussion: Videography based learning always connects to learning spaces and zones, reflection for action (before action), reflection in action (during </em><em>an </em><em>action), and reflection of action (after action) consist of the role of reflection and action in learning. Conclusion: The use of videography with Powtoon is effective in increasing understanding of bullying. Terlebih sejalan dengan berkembangnya sistem komunikasi, interaksi dan komunikasi pada platform digital semakin tidak terkendali. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas videography terkait materi bullying terhadap peningkatan pemahaman bullying. Metode: Data dari partisipan (N = 4) yang terlibat pada penelitian diolah secara kualitatif, meliputi perbedaan pemahaman partisipan ketika sebelum dan sesudah pemberian materi melalui videography. Hasil: Secara kualitatif, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman bullying dengan menggunakan videography. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reasearch and Development (R&amp;D). Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan angketPada tahap pengembangan, hasil penelitian menunjukan angka ahli materi 82.89%, ahli media 79.42%, dan ahli bahasa 76.39%. Pada tahap pengujian, uji coba terbatas menunjukan angka 81.61%. Hasil akhir pengujian, uji validasi menunjukan sig. 0.00 &lt; 0.05 dengan perbedaan hasil kelas eksperimen 39.58 dan kelas kontrol 24.87 dengan perbedaan hasil sebesar 14.71. The validity of data was tested by using time triangulation. The subjects were confident when they had solved the problems faced. Subject 2 misunderstood about the basic knowledge and BEP formula, which can be seen from her answers. In solving problems, the subjects forgot about BEP formula, could not concentrate, and were confused in solving the problems faced. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif</em>.<em> Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis teori Vygotsky memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru sebagai pembimbing di TK dibuktikan pada hasil uji t dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari taraf 5% (0,006&lt;0,05) dan koefisien determinasi (R<sup>2</sup>) yang diperoleh sebesar 87,2%.
