Abstract


Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk melakukan pembinaan partisipasi aktif sekolah dalam meningkatkan aktivitas fisik anak sebagai upaya penanganan dan pencegahan kejadian obesitas di sekolah dasar serta utuk meningkatkan kebugaran dan derajat kesehatan anak. Metode yang dilakukan dalam PKM terdiri dari persiapan dan survey lokasi, koordinasi, mind mapping, penyiapan dan penyediaan sarana, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi.Berdasarkan hasil program dapat disimpulkan bahwa PKM terlaksana dengan baik yang ditunjukkan dari antusiasme guru dan siswa yang sangat tinggi baik pada saat pemberian materi maupun pelaksanaan praktik. Selain itu, SDN Tandes Kidul 1 memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dalam meningkatkan kebugaran dan kesehatan siswa dengan program aktivitas fisik yang dijadwalkan bersama pada hari Selasa hingga Sabtu selama 30 menit.
