This study aims to adapt and validate the Male Rape Myth Acceptance Scale (MRMAS) for the Indonesian context. A total of 16 items were adapted through forward translation, back-translation, and expert review (S-CVI/Ave = 0.91), then administered to 358 active university students. EFA analysis yielded a two-factor structure consisting of Victim Blaming (10 items) and Victim Disbelief (4 items), explaining 50.7% of the total variance.
2026-05-15T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) 2026 Dwi Endrasto Wibowo, Arbain Fajar Andi Hamid, Muh. This study is important because most previous studies have primarily focused on the application of a single behavioral technique to a specific type of problem, while comprehensive studies synthesizing multiple behavioral techniques within contemporary guidance and counseling practices remain limited. This study employed a literature review approach using content analysis methods on scientific articles and journals published within the last five years. The findings indicate that modeling, assertive training, relaxation, systematic desensitization, and behavior contract techniques demonstrate different patterns of application depending on the characteristics of the problems addressed. In addition, ABC analysis plays an important role in determining appropriate interventions by identifying the relationship between antecedents, behaviors, and consequences. The study reinforces the relevance of behavioral counseling as a systematic, measurable, and adaptive approach in contemporary guidance and counseling services.
2026-05-15T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) 2026 Sinta Nurul Oktaviana Kasim, Hilwa Azkia Putrihttps://journal.ilininstitute.com/index.php/konseling/article/view/3397Mapping Academic Resilience Profiles Among High School Students: Implications for Learning Guidance Services2026-05-12T21:19:36+08:00Fiqri Syahrilfiqrisyahril04@gmail.comMuhammad Ilham Bakhtiarilhambakhtiar@unm.ac.idMohammad Nor Alammnoralam@usm.my
Academic resilience is an important aspect of student development that reflects how students cope with academic pressure and continue to perform despite challenges. This study aimed to describe the academic resilience profile of Grade XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Subang. A quantitative descriptive approach was applied involving 347 students from 12 classes. Data were collected using the Academic Resilience Scale based on the framework of Martin and Marsh, and analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean, frequency, and percentage. The results show that students generally have a good level of academic resilience, although slight variations exist between classes. Overall, students demonstrate the ability to stay motivated, manage academic stress, regulate emotions, and persist in completing learning tasks despite difficulties. The findings also indicate that academic resilience is shaped not only by individual factors but also by support from family, school environment, teachers, and peers. These results highlight the importance of strengthening guidance and counseling services to support students’ adaptive learning strategies and psychological well-being in educational settings.
2026-05-15T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) 2026 Syalechya Amani Fatihah, Aswar Aswar, Akhmad Harum
