It is anticipated that with an improved understanding of self-disclosure through the Johari Window technique, students will be able to reap maximum benefits from the educational process, not only in academic aspects but also in their social and emotional development. The method employed in this research is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves systematic steps to search, select, and analyze relevant literature sources. During the data collection process, this study examined and compiled a variety of publication types, including articles, journals, dissertations, theses, and dissertations from various sources related to the research topic. The purpose is to know 1) The description of phubbing behavior on JN at SMAN 3 Makassar, 2) The cause of JN's phubbing, 3) Handling phubbing on the subject of JN. This research uses a qualitative approach. the type of research is a clinical case study.&nbsp; Data collection through interviews, observations and documentation studies and using qualitative analysis of the Miles &amp; Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results 1) The description of JN's phubbing behavior is playing smartphones when the teacher teaches, less socializing, looking at smartphones when interacting 2) The causative factors are internal factors: lack of self-control, habits, boredom proneness. External factors: Following and being ignored by friends. 3) The handling, researchers apply behavior contract techniques to reduce behavior. Even though there is already provision of services related to anxiety, the level of anxiety experienced by students is still relatively high. This article describes the implementation of Rational Emotive Behavior counseling services at SMAN 10 Gowa, by explaining the methods, obstacles and results obtained. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design method is used to explain service implementation. Data collection was carried out using an anxiety level scale and observation. The analysis shows the main focus is on reducing anxiety levels in Rational Emotive Behavior counseling services. The main challenges faced include the complexity of individual problems, low participation in group counseling, and limited resources. The aim of this research is to find out: (1) Description of behavior body shaming students at SMAN 6 Bone before and after being given cognitive restructuring techniques, (2) Description of the implementation of cognitive restructuring techniques to reduce behavior body shaming student at SMAN 6 Bone, (3) Can cognitive restructuring techniques reduce behavior body shaming student at SMAN 6 Bone. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with models of quasi experimental design. The experimental design used is non-equivalent control group design. The data collection technique is in the form of a behavioral scale body shaming and observation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and parametric statistical analysis, namely t-test using the SPSS v.25 program.
