In this study, researchers collaborated with other teachers and with the school principal. Researchers were directly involved in the research from the beginning until the research ended. Researchers try to see, observe, feel, live, reflect and evaluate the learning activities that take place. This research used 2 cycles consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques to obtain accurate research results, the data that has been collected is analyzed statistically, namely using the mean or average formula. From the results of the study it was found that the average value of cycle I was 66.14 (46.33%) while Cycle II was 91.29 (96.43%) in cycle II experienced a significant increase. Referring to the action hypothesis proposed in this class action research, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability of basic techniques in volleyball games with make a match in class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Sinjai.</p> La Kamadi Muhammad Nur Copyright (c) 2024 SHOOTING 2024-05-31 2024-05-31 2 1 1 9 Analysis of Motor Skills on the Ability to Kick the Ball Students of SSB Sheikh Yusuf Gowa Regency https://journal.ilininstitute.com/index.php/shooting/article/view/2449 Muh. This research consists of two cycles with stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. In Cycle I, the average student learning motivation reached 45.31%, while in Cycle II, the average learning motivation increased significantly to 70.62%. This increase of 25.31% reflects positive changes in students' interest and enthusiasm for learning. The results obtained indicate that the intervention in the form of using “ice breaking” and refreshment during learning in Cycle II successfully stimulated students' interest and motivation. This increase in learning motivation also reflects the effectiveness of the emphasis on more interesting and participatory learning. These positive results illustrate the impact of the improvements and efforts made in Cycle II in creating a better learning environment. This research provides a positive view of the use of PTK methods with a cyclical approach and the implementation of “ice breaking” in increasing student learning motivation in PJOK subjects. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of innovative approaches in learning to achieve more optimal learning objectives.</p> Hikmad Hakim Awaluddin Awaluddin Copyright (c) 2024 SHOOTING 2024-05-31 2024-05-31 2 1 15 20 The Influence Of Stad And Inquiry Type Cooperative Learning Models On The Smash Volleyball Skills Of Students Of Takalar 1st High School https://journal.ilininstitute.com/index.php/shooting/article/view/2454 <p>This research is experimental research. (b) What is the effect of strengthening on short distance running? The aim of this research is (a) to find out how to increase short distance running ability by applying reinforcement. This research uses two rounds of action research. Each round consists of two stages, namely: design, activities and observations. Reflection and revision The target of this research is Class From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement increased from cycles I to III, namely, cycle I (62%), cycle II (74%) and cycle III (91%). The conclusion of this research is that providing reinforcement can influence the short distance running ability of class X TKJ 1 students at SMK Negeri 2 Majene and the learning model can be used as an alternative in the PJOK learning process.</p> Sudirman Burhanuddin Ishak Bachtiar Fahrizal Fahrizal Copyright (c) 2024 SHOOTING: Journal of Sport, Health, and Education 2024-05-31 2024-05-31 2 1 29 40
