Indonesian Journal of Learning Education and Counseling is an open-access journal published in both online and print versions. The online version has been propagated through the journal website, and if possible, the print version will be distributed to the authors within one or two months of printing.

IJoLEC is published twice a year by the ILIN Institute in collaboration with Asosiasi Bimbingan dan Konseling Indonesia (ABKIN). Articles are sent in the form of Doc format (Using Microsoft Word) and in Indonesian or English, for the initial review phase by the editor and further peer review by a minimum of two reviews according to their area of expertise.
