Abstract
Perilaku agresif dalam lingkungan sekolah masih menjadi tantangan yang belum tertangani secara optimal, di mana hal ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan mental korban, tetapi juga menciptakan iklim pendidikan yang tidak kondusif bagi siswa lainnya. Tujuan dari pengabdian yang dilakukan di SMK Triyasa Surabaya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen emosi dan menurunkan perilaku agresif siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan mitra SMK Tirtayasa Surabaya. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMK Tirtayasa yang teridentifikasi memiliki kecenderungan perilaku agresif, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung selama pelatihan, wawancara terstruktur dengan siswa dan guru, serta kuesioner penilaian diri siswa mengenai pengendalian emosi dan frekuensi perilaku agresif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan manajemen emosi dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mengurangi perilaku agresif di lingkungan sekolah. Penurunan agresivitas dan peningkatan keterampilan pengelolaan emosi yang signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan pengelolaan emosi dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu strategi pencegahan yang efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan positif.
