Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas art therapy dalam konseling kelompok terhadap regulasi emosi dan kecemasan akademik siswa melalui studi literatur komprehensif. Analisis terhadap 12 artikel penelitian (2018-2022) menunjukkan bahwa art therapy dalam konseling kelompok secara signifikan efektif mengurangi kecemasan akademik dan meningkatkan regulasi emosi pada siswa SMP dan SMA. Metodologi penelitian yang dikaji mencakup quasi-experimental design dan randomized controlled trial dengan total sampel bervariasi antara 24-139 siswa. Art therapy terbukti menciptakan lingkungan yang aman bagi siswa untuk mengekspresikan emosi dan mengembangkan strategi coping yang adaptif. Meskipun hasil menunjukkan efektivitas yang positif, beberapa keterbatasan seperti ukuran sampel yang relatif kecil perlu dipertimbangkan dalam generalisasi hasil.
