Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan integrasi mata kuliah Proyek Kepemimpinan dengan Bimbingan dan Konseling melalui media konseling kreatif dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan humanistik mahasiswa PPG BK. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang mendorong keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan media layanan konseling kreatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi proyek, dan refleksi jurnal mahasiswa, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 85,7% mahasiswa mampu menunjukkan kompetensi kepemimpinan reflektif dan interpersonal melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam proyek konseling kreatif. Seluruh mahasiswa (100%) berhasil menghasilkan media layanan konseling berupa bibliokonseling, permainan ular tangga konseling, truth and dare konseling, dan dream book. Selain itu, 71,4% mahasiswa menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan pengambilan keputusan selama proses pembelajaran berbasis proyek berlangsung. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Proyek Kepemimpinan dengan media konseling kreatif dapat menjadi strategi pembelajaran inovatif dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan humanistik mahasiswa PPG BK secara kontekstual dan aplikatif.
