Abstract
Abstract. Poverty remains a major challenge in improving social welfare in Indonesia. The government launched the Family Hope Program (PKH) to support low-income families through financial assistance and financial management training to achieve economic independence. This community service activity aims to enhance financial literacy and budgeting skills among PKH beneficiaries in Waysidomukti Village, South Lampung. The implementation method employed Participatory Action Research (PAR) through counseling, simulations, mentoring, and group discussions. Participants were taught to create budgets, record expenses, and allocate funds. The results showed increased understanding of financial planning, as evidenced by habits of recording expenses and setting aside savings, supporting financial independence and reducing reliance on PKH assistance.
