Abstract

Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan pelaku UMKM perempuan di Kecamatan Kalianda dan Ketapang melalui peningkatan literasi digital dan keterampilan pemasaran berbasis teknologi guna memperluas akses pasar dan memperkuat kontribusi mereka dalam ekonomi lokal. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif pelaku UMKM dalam setiap tahap kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan digital, seperti desain grafis, pembuatan konten video, dan strategi pemasaran online, yang berdampak pada peningkatan omzet serta keberhasilan digitalisasi usaha, terutama di Kecamatan Kalianda.
